The Wine Room brings together private dining, 180+ wines on tap, an acclaimed cheese program and distinct spaces, including The Chef's Table and Radcliffe's Speakeasy. A group can build an event around any mix of them, and an evening can move from one space to another, such as a wine-and-cheese tasting that turns into dinner.

Private wine dinners
For groups that want a more curated evening. A wine dinner can be several chef-prepared courses with a wine paired to each, and the number of courses and wines is set around your event.
Our wine team can choose the wines, or work from the varietals, regions, producers or styles you have in mind. A member of the team can also guide the table through each wine, the pairing and the tasting notes, and explain why it was chosen for the course. Keep it educational and interactive, or keep it relaxed.
Guided wine-and-cheese tastings
A private, guided experience led by our team. A typical tasting pairs four wines with four artisanal cheeses, with someone walking guests through the wines, the cheeses, the tasting notes and the pairings.
Our cheese program is curated by Maître Fromager Max McCalman, one of the country's most recognized authorities on cheese. We can also bring in cheese and charcuterie boards and shape the tasting around your group.
A tasting can be the whole event, or the start of a larger one: begin with a guided wine-and-cheese experience, then move into a private dinner.

The Main Wine Room
Our main dining room puts your group in the middle of what makes The Wine Room different: our signature wine machines, with more than 180 wines to taste and explore. It suits wine dinners, corporate events, larger celebrations and cocktail events.
The Chef's Table
The Chef's Table
Our private dining room, for groups that want a more intimate setting. It works well for private and corporate dinners, birthdays, wine dinners, wine-and-cheese tastings and special celebrations.
Radcliffe's Speakeasy
A hidden speakeasy at the back of The Wine Room, with a lounge feel, cocktails, music and a personality of its own. Good for cocktail receptions, birthdays, corporate parties, after-dinner events and groups that want something less traditional than a private dining room.
The Patio
Outdoor patio space is available depending on the event and the setup you want.
Full-venue events: up to 150 guests
For larger celebrations we can use several spaces together or the whole venue, and let the evening move between them.

Menus are built around your event. Dietary requirements can be worked out with our catering team while you plan.
As structured or as relaxed as you like: a formal seated dinner, a buffet, a cocktail reception with passed appetizers, a guided tasting, or a mix of several.
AV equipment and microphones are available, so the spaces work for corporate presentations, meetings, speeches and awards as well as parties. Music and entertainment can be added depending on the space and the event. Talk through your needs with our catering team while you plan.

Yes. Options include plated prix-fixe menus, wine-paired dinners, buffets, passed appetizers, cheese and charcuterie, and family-style service, depending on the event. Dietary needs can be discussed with our catering team.
